With New Life Prenatal Classes you will:

* Discuss, ask questions and watch videos about pregnancy, childbirth, baby care and breastfeeding
* Practice pain management techniques like relaxation, breathing, positioning, movement and more
* Empower yourself with knowledge to make informed decisions
* Share ideas, fears, joy and concerns with other expectant parents
* Instill confidence in your ability to birth and care for your baby

We offer both group and private classes covering a variety of topics throughout the year. Private classes are held in the convenience of your own home.
